How in the World does juicing help in a personal development plan?

Juicing is important because it affects your Life in so many ways.

For Example, your personal development plan may include an Exercise program. If it does, you will need the Nutrition that juicing gives you for strength to do your exercises.

Even without an Exercise program in your plan, you still have to provide your Body with Nutrition for what ever you want to do. Nothing provides Nutrition to the Body as efficiently as juicing does. Within Twenty Minutes of finishing your Juiced Drink, your Body is alive with Nutritious Vitamins, Enzymes, and Minerals.

Whether your personal development plan is Mental or Physical or a combination of the Two, your No.1 assistant is juicing to help you get over the humps.

Here are a few tips to include in your personal development plan:

1. Eliminate stress. Do your Meditation the first thing when you awake. You’re not going to develop anything in your plan if you’re all stressed out.

2. Listen closely to what your Body is telling you. Maybe you overworked a muscle or two and you’re feeling some pain, relax that area of the Body and get it back to Normal.

3. Learn to be patient. You can accelerate the growth of your development plan if you don’t push yourself when it isn’t necessary. The Hippies use to say, “Go with the Flow.”

4. Be grateful for all that you have. This is an important attitude to incorporate into your development plan. Be thankful that you can even think of developing personally. When you develop this attribute, you can go to the head of the Class.

5. Respect. This is another attribute necessary for a personal development plan. Respect your Body, giving it care and attention so it doesn’t fail you.

6. Respect again. This time respecting your Mind. Isn’t it beautiful? Isn’t it great that it can provide you what you need to develop even more as a Human? Be careful what you listen to and what you watch. Feed your Mind as you would your Body with the right exercises.

7. Develop your Physical Stamina. You don’t have to run a Marathon to be fit. Just do some physical exercises that help you improve your Stamina.

8. Put some strength in your Muscles. Build them up so they look strong and are strong. You don’t have to be as big as Arnold, unless he’s a role model you want to imitate in your personal development plan.

9. Remember to Juice to support Stamina, and a Weight Lifting program if it’s in your plan. (more…)

Think you know all that you need to know about diet and nutrition? Think again. Statistics are hard to argue with, and they have been showing that Americans have been gaining weight, steadily, over the past four decades.

Obesity rates have skyrocketed to 32 percent of all adult Americans, as of 2007, compared to 15 percent in 1970. During this nearly 40 year period, many Americans clearly lost sight of proper diet and nutrition.

So, now we see that there is a clear problem at hand, but how do we begin to fix it? Wasn’t it improper ideas about diet and nutrition that led to the current crisis? The answer to this question is: yes.

Has New Technology Led to Our Downfall?

The driving force behind our weight explosion has been an ideological shift in the way that Americans think about food and eating, or, as it can also be called, diet and nutrition.

In attempting to understand what occurred during the 1970′s, it may be helpful to take a quick page from history.

Following the conclusion of the Second World War, the United States was left with a vast industrial potential that had no purpose after manufacturing bullets and airplanes became unnecessary. In addition, World War II forced scientists to create innovative new technologies to deal with the challenges faced on the battlefield. After the war, much of this industrial and scientific might transferred to a more peaceful means-the civilian sector, of course! As a result, a multitude of products that had never before existed made their way into American civilian hands. One of these products was “fast food” and the concept of diet and nutrition seemed to vanish.

The “Fat” Facts Behind Fast Food

While fast food is often associated with drive-thru restaurants, the term can also be applied to ready-made meals, such as those that are found in your grocer’s freezer isle.

Unfortunately, in order to provide these meals to consumers at prices that make them desirable, and in a fresh condition even months after their preparation, diet and nutrition were – and often still are – NOT considered that important.

The adoption of these ready-to- eat meals in the masses, and over time, by the American public coincides with the rise in national obesity levels. As Americans began to succumb to marketing efforts that pitched ready-made products as the ultimate solution to the inconvenience of meal preparation, the effects became obvious by our expanding waistlines. There have been many health concerns of the 21st century. The battles against aging, building natural immunities, managing weight, and detoxifying our bodies have been the focus of many studies. Cornell University, The New England Journal of Medicine, and the CDC report that there may be a single solution to all of these. That answer could be colostrums. This is the thick yellow fluid that human mothers produce about 72 hours after having a baby. It is rich with protein, along with growth and immunity hormones.

You can also get colostrums from cows, and it’s 100 times more powerful than human colostrums. Bovine colostrum is not only for cows. The immune and growth hormones in this type of colostrums work very well for all mammals. This powerful, natural agent helps restore a balance of health to the body. Here are some benefits you can gain from colostrum.

Age Defying

After a human finishes puberty, the factors in our bodies that contribute to growth and immune system begin to decline. This makes us vulnerable to more and more diseases through the years. Loss of muscle tone, weight gain, and less elasticity in our skin become problems. As a person ages, they have lower amounts of growth hormone. By the time we reach 80, we are no longer producing growth hormones at all. Colostrum will stimulate the cellular and tissue regeneration, helping our bodies repair damage done by diseases and aging. It also helps renew our bones and skin cells. This means that colostrum can be priceless in the battle against aging.

Managing Weight Problems

The extreme dieting tactics of the last many decades of yo-yo diets, fasting, and fast weight loss causes people to lose lean muscle rather than fat. However colostrum has IGF-1 in it, which is a potent growth hormone. Bovine colostrum and leptin help the body increase its metabolism, helping build lean muscle and reduce fat. It also helps the neurotransmitters in our brain, which makes our brains work better. It will also help is you tend to overeat when you are stressed out or depressed. (more…)
